A colourful traditional dance performances from the diverse cultures in Malaysia fascinated shoppers and tourists at Berjaya Times Square in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday 29th August 2009.
The beautiful traditional music and dances were held to celebrate the country’s 52nd Hari Merdeka or Independence Day which falls on 31st August.
The crowd of shoppers and tourists watched in fascination the beautiful traditional songs and music sung and played against the colourful background of Malays, Chinese, Indians and the ethnic races of Sabah and Sarawak swirling around in their colourful costumes, performing traditional dances.
