Pet Farm in Avillion Village Resort, Port Dickson

Guests staying at Avillion Village Resort in Port Dickson can feed and touch the pet animals at the Pet Farm. This is certainly a good way to nurture the love for animals especially for children. On certain days, you can even bathe the animals.

When I was at the resort last weekend I can see the excitement and amazement on the faces of the children when they feed and touch the pet animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, chicks, peacocks, tortoises, pigeons and even a rooster. These pet animals wander freely inside a fenced up area.

The resort’s initiative to set up the Pet Farm is encouraging and deserved a pat on the back for teaching children to care for all animals with love and respect. Well done!

Having pet animals on the resort is encouraging and offers a wonderful addition to a child's learning experience. While some children are afraid of animals, most children have a natural curiosity and will want to touch an animal.
