A splendid performance by talented school children of the well-known Tianjin Cathay Future Art and Culture Troupe of China dazzled the audience with song, music and dance at the charity performance in aid of SRJK (C) Chung Hwa, Damansara development and scholarship fund held on Sunday 16th August 2009 at Lim Bee Auditorium of SRJK (C) Chee Wen in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
The troupe includes dancers, singers and kung ku exponent whose age ranged from seven to eleven.
The fund raising was a great success as a total of RM100,000 was raised through donations by the generous public and business community.

Fund raising event organizing chairman Ch’ng Soo Chau in his welcome speech extended his deepest gratitude to all donors to SRJK (C) Chung Hwa Damansara's development and scholarship fund for their generous contributions which will build a brighter future for the school.
