Rockestra concert thrills visitors at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur

Pavilion Kuala Lumpur shopping mall took on a carnival-like atmosphere on Saturday night 4th April 2009 with a Rockestra Extravaganza open air concert that thrilled a big crowd of visitors and tourists in a kaleidoscope of colours and sounds; and a spectacular fireworks display that dazzled everyone present in Buki Binting area.
The event was held for the first time in conjunction with the KL Grand Prix Festival 2009.

Kuala Lumpur city mayor Datuk Ahmad Fuad Ismail in his speech said that next year's KL Grand Prix Festival would be bigger and Jalan Bukit Bintang would be closed to cater for bumper crowd.
