I saw this general worker polishing a window ledge at the 13th floor of the 21-storey Menara MIDF in Jalan Raja Chulan, KL without wearing any safety gears last Friday Nov 21, 2008. Photos taken using my Nokia phone.
The worker may fall over the edge of the high-rise building.
This man at least wears a safety rope tied around his waist but it is of no use to him as there is nothing to prevent him from falling and injuring himself anyway.
He may die or be injured if he falls.
